Young in Transformation
A space for welcoming and building futures
Young in Transformation is our Service for Coexistence and Strengthening of Bonds (SCFV) for adolescents aged 15 to 17, aligned with CNAS Resolution No. 109/2009.
Here, we welcome, listen to, and strengthen young people who wish to build more conscious life projects — reinforcing their identity, dreams, and connections with their families and communities.
Our proposal goes beyond technical training: we promote reflection for critical citizenship and active youth leadership. We aim to prepare individuals capable of transforming their own stories and influencing society.
How It Works
- Mondays
Technological development in the Computer Lab – introduction to technology and the world of work. - Wednesdays
Atividades coletivas e dinâmicas de grupo – fortalecendo identidade, convivência e reflexão sobre os ciclos de vida. - Fridays
Free sociability activities – outings, cultural events, and moments of community integration.
Location: AST Social – Bonsucesso, Rio de Janeiro
O que trabalhamos

Our Methodology
Young in Transformation is built collaboratively — with the active participation of young people, their families, the AST Social team, and professionals from CRAS Ramos and CRAS Nelson Mandela.
We conduct weekly listening sessions, dialogue circles, semiannual evaluation meetings, and continuous adjustments to ensure that the project meets the real needs of adolescents and their support networks.
Here, every voice is valued, every story matters, and every young person is the protagonist of their own transformation.
