Bússola Social is our mentoring and advisory program dedicated to strengthening the work of organizations serving vulnerable populations and promoting social oversight in public policy.
Beneficiaries include civil society organizations (CSOs), community leaders, council members, and users of social policies.
We work to ensure that every organization and citizen can act critically and effectively in building a fairer society, promoting better organization of social actions and strengthening social control in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
How It Works
- Civic and political training focused on social assistance, childhood, and youth policies
- Online guided studies on current regulations and legislation
- Lectures and workshops to strengthen the role of social organizations
- Specialized mentoring for planning, fundraising, management, and social control
