The Evolua Program is for young people and adults who want to build autonomy, citizenship, and find their place in the world of work.
More than technical activities, we offer training for life — combining professional qualification, socioemotional skill development, and the strengthening of personal and collective leadership.
Here, each participant is encouraged to reflect on their reality, dream big, and build new paths for their life and community.
How It Works
Throughout your journey in the Evolua Program, you will participate in:
- Free technical courses in technology, management, services, and gastronomy
- Practical workshops, discussion circles, and citizenship education
- Meetings with professionals and group activities
- Individual support with our Social Services team to build your life plan
All of this using the Interactive Method of Evolua Education — a dynamic learning environment that integrates texts, audio, illustrations, and animations, making learning more engaging and motivating.

You’ll participate in meetings at the Training Hub and the “Snack with Social Services” sessions, where we discuss important topics for professional and civic development, such as:

- Teamwork
- Financial education

- Equality, diversity, and social responsibility
- Feminicide
- Racism, Ableism, Transphobia, Fatphobia, among others
These moments strengthen your sense of identity, belonging, social justice, and purpose.
